Background
Dr. Schmidt is an entrepreneur, consultant, United States Air Force Veteran, university faculty, and a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. His desire is to improve both the lives of individuals and society by addressing stress at its roots, helping all to transform into healthy, effective, and fulfilled beings.

Consulting to businesses and corporations to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity through the development of employee wellness programs and strategic leadership guidance.
Clinical care, with both fee-for-service and concierge arrangements available.
