The consulting arm of Dr. Schmidt’s practice provides customized strategic plans for businesses and corporations to address employee wellness and organizational effectiveness. He has provided consulting services with small start-ups to large corporations such as United Health Group. Mental health factors and stress are a primary contributor to decreased productivity and employee absenteeism, costing hundreds of billions of dollars a year. Yet at the clinical level, depression is a leading cause of disability worldwide, which significantly impacts the productivity, well being, and quality of life of employees. For individuals seeking highly personalized, ongoing psychiatric care, Dr. Schmidt offers a limited number of concierge memberships. This model emphasizes flexibility, depth, and continuity—allowing for direct access and tailored collaboration without long waits between appointments.

Rates: $1,000 monthly or $8,000 annually

Regardless of the service option you select, Dr. Schmidt is determined to provide the highest quality care, with an emphasis on respect and empathy. Dr. Schmidt’s academic background of teaching advanced pharmacology, neurobiology, and assessment courses as an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, provides him with a lifelong desire to remain at the forefront of the latest treatments and best practices to help you feel better. Treatment under the care of Dr. Schmidt may include prescribed medications, supplements, and psychotherapies. Dr. Schmidt may incorporate multiple therapies into your treatment plan, including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapies. However, his primary therapeutic modality is Rogerian in nature.
